HOW DO YOU SHIP COOKIE DOUGH?
We use insulation and ice packs to ensure your dough stays slightly chilled. Even if your order arrives room temperature, just pop in the fridge.


WHY WON'T YOU SHIP COOKIES?
We will not compromise quality. Shipping can take a couple days which does not provide you with the freshest best tasting cookies.  


WHEN DO ORDERS SHIP?
We ship out Monday-Wednesday. Orders must be placed by 12pm EST.
If your order comes in after 12pm EST on Wednesday, it will be shipped the following Monday.
We don't ship Thursday or Friday so your order won't get stuck over the weekend.


CAN I EAT THE DOUGH
Yes! Our cookie dough is 100% safe to consume raw. We heat treat our flour and do not use eggs. Best of all, because of our flaxseed egg-substitute, you can still bake this dough into delicious cookies.
